What you can expect from our Physiotherapist at home?

Initial Assessment

The physiotherapist will conduct an initial assessment of your condition and ask about your medical history, symptoms, and any concerns you may have.

Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on the assessment, the physiotherapist will develop a personalized treatment plan that includes specific exercises, stretches, and other therapies that will help improve your condition.

Equipment and Exercises

The physiotherapist may use various equipment, such as resistance bands, weights, IFT, Ultrasound, TENS, Electric Stimulation, Shockwave and exercise balls, to perform exercises that will help improve your condition.

Home Exercise Program

The physiotherapist may provide you with a home exercise program to do in between sessions to help you achieve your goals.

Progress Tracking

The physiotherapist will track your progress over time and make adjustments to your treatment plan as needed.

Education

The physiotherapist will educate you on your condition and provide advice on how to manage it, including tips on posture, ergonomics, and other lifestyle changes.
